ANSI Accredited Standards Committee on Electromagnetic Compatibility, C63®, has initiated a program to recognize individuals who have given outstanding service to the C63® committee over an extended period of time.

Nominees for the C63® Outstanding Contribution Award shall be past or current members of C63® and/or its subcommittees and/or working groups, and shall have demonstrated a significant contribution to the activities of C63® over a period of at least 5 years.

The Awards Committee is soliciting  the names of prospective awardees by means of announcements at C63® meetings and in the C63 ® Newsletter, and by e-mail notices to all C63® participants. Nominations should be sent to the chairman of the Awards Committee,   This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ,   and should include a short description of why the person is being nominated.  The deadline for receiving nominations that will be considered for the Thursday, October 28, 2010, C63® general meeting is Monday, August 16, 2010. 

The Awards Committee will review all nominations and make their recommendations to the C63® Steering Committee approximately 6 weeks prior to the Thursday, October 28, 2010 C63® general meeting.  A maximum of two persons will be recommended to the Steering Committee by the Awards Committee each calendar year.
